Your questions answered
Transparency is at the heart of eola. If you don’t see your question here, get in touch with our team.
Can parents sign waivers for their children?
Yes. The parent or guardian who books completes the waiver on each child’s behalf. Children they have booked before are remembered, so their details fill in next time.
What happens if we have to close a session?
Cancel the session and refund every booking on it in one step, onto credit vouchers that families can spend on another day. You can also refund single bookings to card, or move them to another session.
Can we sell a summer pass?
Yes. Sell a pass for a set number of sessions, valid for the period you choose. Families spend one session each time they book, online or at the gate.
Can schools and groups book private sessions?
Yes. Set up a private session or hire out lanes or the whole slide, take a deposit to hold the date, and send schools an invoice instead of taking a card payment.
Can under-fours and carers go free?
Yes. Add free places as £0 extras at checkout, with a note on any proof people should bring.
How do families check in at the gate?
Scan the QR code from their confirmation email. Anyone with an unsigned waiver is held, so it can be sorted before they reach the slide.
