How is a credit voucher different from a gift voucher?

A credit voucher holds money to spend on anything you sell, and any credit left stays on it. A gift voucher is for one activity and a set number of people, and the person holding it chooses the date.

Can I sell vouchers at the desk?

Yes. Start a new booking, add the customer, choose Add Credit Voucher, enter the amount and take payment. Credit vouchers are always saved to a customer’s account.

How long do vouchers last?

You set how long credit vouchers stay valid. Extend any voucher’s expiry date from your dashboard if a customer needs more time.

Can a customer use their voucher in person?

Yes. Vouchers can be used online or in person.

Can the voucher PDF carry my branding?

Yes. Upload your own voucher template and add a message to the PDF, plus a tagline and text for the page where customers buy.

What if someone wants their money back?

If a credit voucher was paid for by card, you can refund what’s left on it to that card. For gift vouchers, our team processes the refund for you.
