Quicker for families, regulars and visitors
Small details that save the people who book with you most from filling in the same form twice.

Guardians sign for children
One adult signs for each child, and next time they can pick a child they’ve booked before.

Regulars sign once
Let customers remember a signed disclaimer and resubmit saved answers. Change the wording and everyone signs again.

Forms in their own language
With the Languages app, disclaimers and question packs show in each customer’s browser language.
Works well with waivers
Every form sits on the same booking, customer and session as everything else.

Your questions answered
Transparency is at the heart of eola. If you don’t see your question here, get in touch with our team.
Who signs for a child?
A guardian signs on the child’s behalf, and the child’s name is printed on the signed disclaimer. Next time, they can pick the child from an earlier booking.
Do regulars have to sign every time?
Not unless you want them to. You can let customers remember a signed disclaimer, and returning customers can resubmit answers that are still right. If you change a disclaimer, everyone signs the new one next time they book.
Can customers sign on their phone?
Yes. Forms open from the booking on any device, and guests invited by text get their own link to complete.
Can my team fill in a form with a customer?
Yes. Staff can complete an unfinished question pack with a customer at the desk, so nobody is turned away for a missed form.
Where do instructors see the answers?
Every session has a Participants tab listing everyone taking part with the answers you choose to show. Print it or download it as a spreadsheet.
Can eola check the answers for me?
Yes. eola AI’s questionnaire checker reads every completed questionnaire and flags the answers your team should look at first.
