Get paid online, by deposit or by invoice

Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your own website. Bigger bookings can pay a deposit, groups can pay by invoice, and it all reaches your bank in one weekly payout.

Four ways your customers can pay

Choose what suits each product. Every payment is tied to its booking, so receipts, refunds and payouts all start from the same record.

  • Pay in full

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout, inside your own website.

  • Deposit, then balance

Part now and the rest before the day, on the products you choose.

  • Invoice

A branded invoice raised from the booking, paid by bank transfer.

  • Saved card

Members’ cards are saved when they join, so renewals are taken on schedule.

Take a deposit up front

Offer a deposit on the activities or accommodation you choose. Customers pay part at checkout and the rest before the day.

  1. 1Set the amount and the cut-offA percentage or a fixed amount, offered up to a set time before the day.
  2. 2They pay part at checkoutA basket with other items still goes through in one payment.
  3. 3The rest before the dayReminder emails go out before the day, and anything still owed shows in your unpaid items list.

Invoices for schools, clubs and companies

Raise an invoice straight from the booking. It carries your logo, address, company number and VAT, with your bank details so the group leader can pay by transfer.

  • Your branding and VAT number on every invoice
  • Bank transfer details included
  • Class passes, credit vouchers or shop items added to it

Weekly payouts that match your bank

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid into your bank in one payout each week. Every row of the payout report shows the charge, any refund and what was paid out, so the totals add up to what arrived.

  • One payout on a set day each week
  • How each customer paid, down to the card’s last four digits
  • A month, quarter or tax year in one download

Refunds and reschedules on your terms

Refund in full, in part or not at all, back to the card or onto a credit voucher that keeps the money with you. When a booking moves, you choose whether to charge the difference, refund it or leave it.

  • A whole session refunded in one go
  • Numbered receipts that stay exactly as sent
  • Your business name on members’ card statements

Your questions answered

Transparency is at the heart of eola. If you don’t see your question here, get in touch with our team.

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your nominated bank account in one payout, on a set day each week. Reports → Payouts shows what each one contains.

Will the payout report match my bank statement?

Yes. Every row shows the charge, any refund and what was paid out, so a week’s rows add up to the payout. Download a month, a quarter or a tax year as one CSV.

Can customers pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work at checkout, including when your booking page sits inside your own website.

Can customers pay a deposit?

Yes. Turn deposits on for the activities or accommodation you choose, set a percentage or a fixed amount, and set how close to the day the option closes.

Can I invoice a school or a group?

Yes. Raise an invoice from the booking with your branding, address, company number and VAT shown. Your bank transfer details appear on every invoice.

What happens to the price when I move a booking?

If the new date costs more or less, you choose whether to charge the difference, refund it or leave it as it is.
