You can book kitesurfing and wingsurfing lessons with Nomadic Kitesurf at Calshot, and wingfoil demo sessions with The SUP Co x Calshot. The Paddle Centre hires out single and double kayaks and paddleboards. Testlands Wellbeing Hub runs fitness classes such as Mat Pilates and Still Got It for over-50s, and The Outdoor Ed School runs group sessions for home-educated children.

Kitesurfing and wingsurfing with Nomadic Kitesurf start from £130 per person for a three-hour session, and a two-hour kitesurf improver session is £150 per person. Wingfoil demo sessions at The SUP Co x Calshot are £149 per person for an hour. Fitness classes at Testlands Wellbeing Hub are £5 per person.
Nomadic Kitesurf has kitesurfing lessons with dates from November to March, though its wingsurf sessions do not. The SUP Co x Calshot wingfoil demos, the Testlands Wellbeing Hub fitness classes and The Outdoor Ed School's home-educated sessions also run through the winter. The Paddle Centre has no winter hire dates listed, and The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex is not on sale right now.
The Paddle Centre takes children from 8 in double kayaks, with one under-12 per kayak, and from 12 on single kayaks and paddleboards. Under-18s must be with an adult. The Outdoor Ed School's home-educated sessions are for ages 8 and over, and wingfoil demos at The SUP Co x Calshot are 18+.
For kitesurfing, bring swimwear to wear under your wetsuit, warm and waterproof layers, sunscreen, sturdy footwear and change for the car park. For wingfoiling, wear footwear you don't mind getting wet and bring a wetsuit if you have one. For kayak and paddleboard hire, bring a towel, a change of clothes, a deposit item and a mobile phone in a dry bag. Fitness classes need a towel and water bottle.
