Nomadic Kitesurf

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. Having had a mixed experience at a previous school I wasn’t sure what to expect but Paul gave me confidence and so much patience especially when it took longer than it should have for me to nail water starts. Thanks to Paul and his team I am now riding independently and absolutely loving my kitesurfing journey. If you want to learn or improve don’t waste your time with another school, Paul is the one you want!

Paul and the guys are great at Nomadic. They are well-experienced and easy to get along with. They provide structured lessons, and use their range of experience to teach you at your speed.

I have had a great Wing Foil learning experience with Nomadic. I received two one-to-one lessons at Calshot with Paul. Some time was taken for Paul to choose times when both the wind and tide were suitable for a learner.
On the day, the foil / board / wing were selected to be the best for my (lack of) ability and weight. We used two way radios so that I could receive guidance whilst on the water. There was also a RIB should there be a need for rescue.
Paul was really invested in my success; cheering me on when I had success and commiserating with me on my downfalls. He checked that I was ok after any spills.
Calshot is a great learning venue primarily because it feels safe. There are no waves on the inland side and there are clean winds from the predominant SW direction.
On my second lesson I was able to get up on to the foils quite a few times and could enjoy some sustained flight.
It was an excellent experience and an ideal introduction to Wing Foiling
