Memberships
Named members and individual logins
Each membership can now have named members. After checkout, the buyer adds the people who will use it, and every adult on it can log in with their own account and use the benefits. Usage is still tracked across the whole membership, so benefits can’t be overused.
Each member gets their own QR code, and you can add a photo to help your team recognise them. When members book, their details are ready to pick at post checkout, so families aren’t typing the same names every time.
More than one membership of each type
Customers are no longer limited to one membership of each type. A parent can now buy a separate membership for each child, for example.
Easier membership management
The membership pages in your dashboard have a clearer layout, with help icons throughout. You can add extra information to the membership confirmation email, such as a personal welcome or a link to your welcome pack, and see the question packs members completed when they joined.
Accommodation
Minimum nights
You can now set a minimum number of nights on each accommodation product, and customers can’t choose a shorter stay. The default is 1 night, and you can set 2 or 3. We suggest a small minimum so customers don’t get frustrated choosing dates.
Archive spaces with past bookings
Spaces that have been booked in the past can now be archived instead of deleted. An archived space can’t be booked, and its history stays in your reports. If a space still has upcoming bookings, move them to another space first.
Calendar
Filter by product type, product and space type
With activities, rentals and accommodation all in eola, the calendar now has a Product type filter, so you can show only activities, only rentals or only accommodation. The Activity filter is now called Product and works for any product, giving you a focused view of one product’s bookings. A new Space type filter does the same for accommodation.
Filters only appear if you use the matching feature, so a centre that only runs activities won’t see the Space type filter.
Your customers
Searchable customer notes
Customer notes now show up in the global search on your dashboard. Use them for details you want to find quickly, such as membership numbers or car registrations for parking.
Smaller improvements
- Archived activities now only show under the Archived tab, which keeps your categories tidy.
- Bookings imported from another system can now be cancelled from a session’s Manage tab. Remember to cancel and refund them on your old system too.
- Discount codes have a fuller edit page, with a summary shown above the form.
- Calendar notes now always show validation errors, so it’s clear what needs fixing.
