Introducing Members: A better way to manage memberships

We’ve been hard at work improving memberships, making them more flexible for you to manage and far easier for your customers to use.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Members — now live for all outlets.

Built for families, groups, and shared memberships

One of the biggest challenges we’ve seen (especially across clubs and gyms) is families managing memberships.

Parents juggling multiple accounts. Shared logins.

Members solves this.

Each membership can now include multiple named members, giving you full visibility of who can actually use it, not just who purchased it.

Individual logins for every member

No more shared accounts.

Every member on a membership now has:

  • Their own login
  • Their own profile
  • Their own access to membership benefits

All usage is still tracked across the membership, ensuring benefits are shared fairly and not overused.

QR codes & identity photos

We’ve made in-person usage faster and more secure.

Each member now gets:

  • A unique QR code for quick scanning at check-in
  • The option to add a profile photo for easy identification

Perfect for busy environments like gyms, ski clubs, and watersports centres.

Multiple memberships

Customers are no longer restricted to one membership per type.

They can now purchase multiple memberships, making it much easier to:

  • Manage memberships for multiple children
  • Book on behalf of others
  • Handle more complex family or group setups

Faster checkout for members

We’ve also streamlined the checkout experience.

When members purchase or redeem benefits:

  • All the members on their subscriptions are quickly selectable

This reduces repetitive data entry and makes checkout significantly faster.

Better tools for managing memberships

Alongside Members, we’ve improved the dashboard experience to give you more control and visibility.

Improved dashboard design

We’ve updated the interface to:

  • Make key information easier to find
  • Improve overall data clarity
  • Show a customer’s active memberships directly in widgets

Built-in help where you need it

You’ll now see help icons throughout the dashboard, giving you quick, contextual guidance as you work.

More flexible welcome emails

You can now add custom content to your membership confirmation emails.

Use this to:

  • Welcome new members personally
  • Share onboarding instructions
  • Link to guides, resources, or welcome packs

View member question packs

You can now access completed question packs directly from the member profile.

This gives you better insight into your members from the moment they join.

What this means for you

With Members, you can now:

  • Support families and group memberships properly
  • Remove friction from shared accounts and check-ins
  • Give customers a more professional, seamless experience
  • Manage memberships with greater clarity and control

Live now! We’d love your feedback

Members is now live and ready to use.

As always, we’d love to hear your feedback as you start using it—this is just the beginning of what we’re building for memberships.
