What is Shiftie?

Following our partnership announcement with Shiftie earlier this week, on this blog post we are passing the mic to Shiftie for an official introduction and insights from the team!

Introducing the new Shiftie and eola partnership, enabling eola booking platform customers to intuitively calculate availability on your activities/rentals based on which instructors are available.

What is Shiftie?

Shiftie is a shift scheduling and HR software solution specifically designed for the visitor attraction industry and focused on the user experience.

By integrating Shiftie with your eola account, you’ll be able to easily keep track of instructor availability and use this information to manage availability of your activities & rentals on eola.

Say goodbye to the days of guesswork, over or understaffing and the time drain of needing to manually update HR or department managers with bookings data to inform their rotas. Instead you can enjoy increased efficiency and a better customer experience.

What are the benefits of integrating Shiftie with eola?

  1. Use Shiftie to keep track of who's working and when. You can use this integration to automatically track instructor availability and we will use this information to manage availability of your activities / rentals on eola.

  2. With Shiftie you can track shifts, staff leave, absences and unavailability of your instructors. All of this will be used to calculate spaces on your activities / rentals, meaning that you will never be overbooked.

  3. Once you've setup the Shiftie connection with eola, any updates on Shiftie will be automatically synced with the eola platform and used to calculate availability on your activities/rentals based on who is available according to Shiftie.
