How the eola x shiftie integration works

Automatic availability updates

Always keep track of who's working and when. With Shiftie you can track shifts, staff leave, absences and unavailability of your staff and instructors. All this will be used to calculate spaces on your activities / rentals meaning that you will never be overbooked!

  • Automatic instructor availability: Track your team's shifts on Shiftie and your eola calendar will automatically update instructor availability. This means whenever a schedule change occurs on Shiftie, it updates in real-time on eola.
  • Enhanced activity & rental management: By integrating shift and availability data, eola ensures that your activity slots and rentals are never overbooked. The system dynamically adjusts available spots on classes and activities based on the actual availability of your team.
  • Syncing made simple: Once you set up the Shiftie connection, any updates made on Shiftie will synchronise automatically with your eola account. All these updates contribute to a dynamically adjusted availability of schedules on eola, ensuring that your bookings are always aligned with your staff’s work patterns.

How to get started

If you already have an eola account:

(shouldn't take longer than a few minutes)

  1. Head over to your eola dashboard > Toolset > Apps.
  2. You will find the Shiftie app under the Availability Management tag.
  3. Once you activate the integration, a Shiftie button will show up under your Toolset.
  4. Click the Shiftie button under your eola toolset and you will be prompted to login to you Shiftie account.
  5. You'll be asked to set up a few details, such as linking your Shiftie employees to the correct employees on eola.
  6. That's it! Once the integration is set up, any updates on Shiftie will be automatically synced to your eola account.
