Where to go: The Paddle Centre, which is located between Southampton and Portsmouth, sits on the banks of the River Hamble overlooking Swanwick Marina. They provide 1 to 1 bespoke lessons, SUP safaris, SUP yoga and group classes with a friendly and dedicated paddling team - you are bound to have a brilliant time.


Kayaking & Canoeing

Discover the beauty of Southampton by kayak or canoe for an awesome day out. Paddling by kayak or canoe is a great way to freely explore the waterways and nature on offer in Southampton. New to the sport? Joining a lesson or introductory course is the quickest and safest way to enjoy canoeing or kayaking.
