Anglesey Adventures sessions are for ages 8 and over, depending on conditions. Under-16s must be with a participating responsible adult on coasteering and kayaking, and both ask that you are comfortable with basic swimming. Climbing and abseiling need at least four people, which can include another group.
For coasteering, bring grippy trainers (not water shoes), stretchy shorts to wear over the wetsuit, socks and swimwear. For climbing and abseiling, wear laced trainers that cover your feet and comfortable clothes for the weather, with long sleeves and trousers for abseiling.
