Wing surfing and wing foiling lessons

Once you've done the intro, carry on with the RYA Learn To Wingsurf Improver Session, a two-hour lesson on the water that follows the RYA Improver Wingsurfer syllabus, or the 3 Hour Wing Surf / Wing Foil Lesson for up to four people. Both run from Bracklesham Bay or nearby spots, depending on the conditions on the day.

    Kitesurfing and wing lessons are semi-private, for up to four people. If more than two people are booked, the lesson is extended by an hour, and on weekends you may share your session with others.

  • What happens if the wind or tide isn't right?

    Kitesurfing and wing lessons are timed around wind and tide, so start times can move on the day or a session may be rescheduled if there's no wind. The team checks the forecast and lets you know the day before.

  • What should I bring to a kitesurfing or wing surfing lesson?

    It's a good idea to bring:

    • Swimwear to wear under a wetsuit
    • A towel and a warm change of clothes
    • Water shoes or wetsuit boots if you have them
    • Suncream, a water bottle and a snack
