Three of us attended the Introduction to open water swimming this week. Absolutely brilliant! All of us were nervous, Mary made us feel at ease & confident in the water. What an amazing evening swimming in Rutland water. So clean & relaxing. We had a great time.

A wonderful facility with knowledgeable and helpful staff members. It is available to people requiring rehabilitation/ support in addition to athletes and I would thoroughly recommend attending.
