Kettlebells provides an all all over body workout with varied resistance and aerobic movements that improves your fitness, strength, balance & coordination. This is a safe and easy-to-follow group exercise class for men and women, tailored to accomodate a range of fitness levels and with the emphasis always on good technique and form.

If you have any significant medical issue; or are on older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on other suitable options.



Requirements

We respectfully request that you do not attend of you have COVID or COVID like symptoms. We use state of the art UV-C air cleansing units and Co2 monitor to create a safer indoor environment in which to exercise.

You ideally should be able to get up and down from the floor for the core work.

What to bring

A drink and towel. Your own kettlebell(s) if you have them.

Itinerary

Exercises for legs, arms and core with a weighted bell of your choice (provided).

A wonderful facility with knowledgeable and helpful staff members. It is available to people requiring rehabilitation/ support in addition to athletes and I would thoroughly recommend attending.
