A standing and floor based session covering all major muscle groups with balance, varied tempo, strength and core challenges. The objective of these sessions is to improve your strength, balance and core for both sports and functional movement.
The class will take you through varied full range-of-motion movement that challenges both body and mind.
All equipment (e.g. mat, swiss balls, resistancve bands, sliders, weights) will be provided.
Requirements
We respectfully request that you do not come with COVID or COVID related symptoms. We use state of the art UV-C air cleansing units and a CO2 monitor to create a safer indoor environment in which to exercise.
You must be able to get up and down from the floor relatively quickly.. If you have any significant medical issue or you are an older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey.
