Description

We offer beginner Paddleboard Starter sessions in the tranquil backwaters near Boulters Lock, Maidenhead. This 2-hour session has a 1:4 instructor-to-paddler ratio and costs £50, plus £10 for board hire. We'll guide you from seated to standing positions.

Regarding Thames water quality, we are part of Windsor RiverWatch group which conducts weekly E.coli tests, which consistently show levels in the "Excellent" category for bathing water.

Requirements

short video to help you prepare your body it is important to practice this positions before your first lesson on land. If you cannot sit or knee it won't be possible to start paddling yet. Use the video to help you prepare, as a certain level of mobility and strength is required before learning to stand. You will receive an email immediately after booking. The waiver attached to the email must be signed to complete your booking. Don't forget to check your spam and junk folders.

What to bring

Always bring a drink and changes of clothes and a hat.
