Paddleboarding for kids throughout the year
Description
For the 7 to 16 years Junior Holiday SUP Club we will put on a number of random days over the holidays- you can request additional dates for a group. These sessions are led by qualified instructors, who really enjoy the relaxed playful approach of 'teaching' kids to improve their paddleboarding and water skills. We will try to ensure that within the group the kids are of similar ages- it helps us if your child books in with a friend/family member, groups are small 4- 8 kids at anyone time.
We use the shelter backwaters off the Thames where no motorised boats go as our domain for these sessions. The juniors will advance their water safety and skills and keep fit and active as well as grow their confidence on the river.
All equipment included.
Requirements
You will receive an email immediately after booking. The waiver attached to the email must be signed to complete your booking. Don't forget to check your spam and junk folders.
Bring plenty to drink, some food, hats, sunglasses, eye glass retainer ( floating ) , sunscreen applied beforehand. Wear swimming gear with sports quick dry clothes on top ( no cotton).
What to bring
What to wear depends on the weather on the day but check here for suggestions. If they have a shortie wetsuit then bring it for this time of year -if not over trousers are a good choice.
Always bring a drink, food and changes of clothes.
