Had a wonderful private lesson with Liz. It was with my friend and I and neither of us had ever done this before! Liz was really good at explaining everything and making us feel at ease. We could go at our own pace which meant that we were never uncomfortable at any time. She took pictures on our behalf so we could just concentrate. Looking to go again with the rest of the family.

Liz is so friendly, accomodating and makes learning SUP super easy! We went with a group of varying experience and we all felt safe and well looked after on the Thames.

Had a great lesson with Liz on the River Thames this morning. She has a very relaxed style of teaching and provides excellent instruction and guidance, ensuring that everything was carried out at my pace. I now feel confident to continue my SUP ‘Journey’. I thoroughly recommend Liz and many thanks for a very enjoyable lesson
