Liz is so friendly, accomodating and makes learning SUP super easy! We went with a group of varying experience and we all felt safe and well looked after on the Thames.

Had a great lesson with Liz on the River Thames this morning. She has a very relaxed style of teaching and provides excellent instruction and guidance, ensuring that everything was carried out at my pace. I now feel confident to continue my SUP ‘Journey’.
