Ready to SUP

Join the Woodmill team for certificated coaching sessions, developing your Personal Sup Skills. This short course will help you to become confident and proficient on a stand up paddle board. All of the equipment and board hire is included as well as your tuition. In a couple of hours we will teach you how to;

1. Paddle forward without changing sides
2. Turn your board
3. Stand up
4. Get back on the board after an unexpected dismount
5. Help a friend get back on their board
6. Help a Friend to the bank, if the are in difficulty.

On this course you will be able to gain the British Canoeing Start Award and British Canoeing Paddle Safer Award. Which you will be send a link via email.

Age 8 + (under 16s need to be booked with an adult)

All equipment is provided, and the sessions all run from Woodmill’s four accessible waterways.
