Whether you fancy a paddle on The River Itchen, or you want to test your limits on an adrenaline-filled High Ropes Course... Your adventure awaits here at Woodmill. We have over 12 wonderfully unique activities on offer, consisting of both land and water based.

All ages and abilities are welcomed with open arms, and probably a life jacket and a helmet too! We are the only centre in the UK with 4 different types of water on offer, giving paddlers of all disciplines an exhilarating challenge upon every visit.
