Absolutely brilliant day with Duncan...he taught us so much and couldn't have been any better...so glad I booked that lesson rather than rocking up to the water with a entry level board and teaching myself wrongly...I would and will highly recommend SUP...5 🌟

I went paddle boarding with my daughter for her 40th Birthday, along with her husband and my other daughter on 15.07.25. Dunc was and excellent instructor on learning us 4 novices to paddle board. He made the experience very interesting. He is a great character,  very friendly, very humorous, safety conscious, reassuring, and a really lovely guy.

I would thoroughly recommend him.

I totally recommend learning to paddleboard with SUPsect, I had a fantastic intro lesson with Dunc. He explained everything so well, we soon found ourselves able to put techniques into practice! We learnt everything from the boards themselves, when best to go paddleboarding depending on the tide times, how to first get onto the board in the water, from kneeling then soon enough we were standing! We learnt different types of turns, how to break and keep control of the paddleboard. I found it easy to understand and pick up with practice as Dunc's explanation was very clear, he was so patient and encouraging!
Really enjoyed it! I feel fired up to keep paddleboarding now with more confidence!
