“Hi Yuri, my baby girl came at 39 weeks, I guess she couldn’t wait to see the world. Thank you so much for wonderful antenatal yoga, through the 29hour labour I always had your voice in my head and was doing the breathing exercises throughout the labour and unclenched the jaw. At the end I had a water birth with no complications and happy, calm and healthy baby” - Vaida S

The fees are £6.00 per class and your partners and your house hold are welcome to join with no extra cost.

If you have any health issues I should be aware of, please tell me at the start of the class.
