Llyn Brenig Autumn Fly Fishing Competition

Description

The Llyn Brenig Competition is fly fishing only.

Entry is £60 per angler. £30 for Llyn Brenig Season ticket holders.


  1. Prizes: 1st £500 cash. 2nd a full season ticket, 3rd a half season ticket. There is no cash alternative for the season tickets.
  2. A hot bap and hot drink are included and served after the weigh in.


The fishing rules are the standard Llyn Brenig fly fishing rules found within the current terms and conditions leaflet.


To summarise this:

  1. Boat only competition.
  2. 2 anglers to a boat, there will be a draw to allocate individual anglers to their boats.
  3. Fly only
  4. 4 fish weigh in. This can be Rainbows or Browns
  5. Catch and release there after with 2lb per fish

Stopped off here on our trip to Wales, it's breathtaking. Just pay for parking & chill. walk along the dam or around the beautiful area there's anosprey viewing area too.
