Explore over 2500 acres of forest, moorland and lakes amid stunning upland scenery. With Visitor Centre, café, gift shop, osprey exhibition, adventure playground, cycle hire, mountain biking, walking trails, sailing and world class fishing to discover.

Fishing

Llyn Brenig lake is one of the best top-of-the water trout fisheries in the UK. With 23km of shoreline, the lake is stocked with rainbow trout for fly fishing and pike fishing in the winter. Anglers must book in advance.

Cycling

Perfect cycling conditions for all ages and abilities. Hire from a wide range of bikes or bring your own ride. Enjoy a gentle family ride on an e-bike or an exhilarating mountain bike adventure.

Water Activities

Get on board and enjoy the lake. With a volume of water equivalent to 24,000 Olympic swimming pools, it’s the perfect place to learn to sail, cruise or race. At 1200 feet above sea level we enjoy steady winds that are stronger than at sea level so it can get a bit blowy!

A great place to visit, for a short stop off to see the ospreys from the osprey national trust centre, or if you especially like walking, cycling, or if your fly fisherman.
