You’ll tone and hone your core, building stability and functional strength.


You’ll open up, strengthen, and lengthen your body with surf mobility drills. Flowing multi-planar movements designed to improve your strength and power, while keeping you supple and limber.


Mobilise your spine, increase the range of motion through your joints, leaving you free to smash up the waves.








What to bring

Please wear clothes you can move in, bring something to drink, and if you have a yoga or Pilates mat please bring that too.
