Absolutely brilliant!!
Dunc and Ian were very knowledgeable, about every aspect! I learnt so much, and will remember it! I had the best time ever! Never thought I would be able to stand up so soon, but it was easy peasy! The boys gave us so much encouragement and confidence, can’t wait to go again. Thank you so much!!

I just had a lesson with Duncan at Paper Mill Lock.
What a great experience. This was first time on a paddle board but definitely not my last.
Duncan is very knowledgable with regard to the boards, techniques etc. He also provides great kit
He also gives you great insight into boarding on the coast, estuaries and rivers .
Also how the weather can affect your day out.
As a 62 year old getting from a kneeling position to a standing position was not an easy task but Duncan showed his patience and after a few false starts and swims  I was standing
Duncan showed me all the techniques I needed to  go forward, stop , and turn
He also showed his knowledge of the river and his watercraft knowledge
The 2 hours flew past and I can confess I enjoyed every minute.

Well 23rd of June was a scorching day but no better way to spend the afternoon but being taught by Duncan on the river, under the trees at Paper mill Lock.

I have been using an SUP on a lake for a while but for some reason moving water was worrying me and I opted for a private lesson to increase my confidence.

Duncan was very friendly and knowledgable - and we went through some sea tide info and river information whilst enjoying a paddling.

I learned a great deal and feel a lot happier about exploring some new places now :)

Duncan is very encouraging and I think anyone looking to learn or improve would do well with one of these sessions.
