    Requirements

    Able to swim confidently.



    What to bring

    Sun cream (fingers crossed!), drinking water, warm clothing for before and after the lesson and swim suit. (NB baggy items tend to be uncomfortable under wet suits).

2 hour SUP paddle boarding lesson was amazing. Brilliant instructor. We had lots of fun and learnt a lot too. Would definitely recommend and will be paddle boarding again.0
