Yuri is originally from Japan, she’s been teaching love of her yoga since 2009 in across London. Now all her classes are taught by online with Zoom App in the UK and internationally.
In this one hour yoga class, you will explore the importance of alignment in Asana-practice (the yoga postures), based on Hatha Yoga. Also you will focus on the importance of breathing step by step throughout in this class.
Breathing deeply in yoga can actually help you avoid injury. Deep breathing can also allow us to experience our true essence. The flow that the steady in and out action of breathing creates stimulates a transformation in the body and mind, purifying and cleansing them so that our true essence shines forth.
