As part of your Discovery lesson, you will:

1. Get to grips with your snowboard and boots
2. Head out to the slope to take your first run!
3. Learn the basics of balancing and sliding
4. Get set for success for the next levels with us!

Age 11+ & Adults

All participants must have;

1. Gloves
2. Long sleeves
3. Long trousers
4. Dress for the weather as we are outdoors.

We recommend long socks and loose trousers for boot comfort.

1. How to put on your boots
2. Heading out to the slope
3. Learn the board from nose to tail
4. Putting on and taking off your Snowboard
5. How to walk around on the flat
6. Learn how to walk up the slope with your board
7. Get ready for your first run down
8. Try out a selection of straight running exercises to help improve your posture and balance
9. How to use the lift
