Fly Fair 22nd February 2026

The South West Fly Fair returns to Roadford Lake on Sunday 22 February.

We will be hosting the fair at Roadford Lake, just five minutes off the A30 between Launceston and Okehampton. As well as being a highlight in the region's fly-fishing calendar, it promises to be a fun and informative family day out with plenty of activities for all ages.

Throughout the day there will be fly tying and casting demonstrations, ‘have a go’ fly tying rooms, a range of talks from expert speakers, a live trout cooking demonstration, the opportunity to find out more about angling coaching and tuition available in the region and a chance to speak to trout, sea and coarse fly fishers.

Trade stands will be selling new and used tackle and equipment and food and drink will be available at Roadford Lake Café.

The event runs from 10am to 3pm with lots of activities on offer for the whole family.

Entry is £7 for adults (£10 on the door) and free for under 18s. Entry includes car parking and a raffle ticket.

All attendees to the event will be offered a 10% season ticket discount.
