Archery Beginners Course 16th November

On completion you will receive a certificate which will allow you to join an Archery Ireland Club as a shooting member.

A fun and immersive program, this course is meticulously designed for those on the primary threshold of archery. Guided by experienced instructors, you will get hands-on training, encompassing everything from basic archery safety to the fundamentals of proper shooting technique form and etiquette . Our coaches are committed to honing your skills efficiently while ensuring that you have a fun and exciting day.

This course is suitable for Adults of all ages for children participating in course please see notes below.

Minimum age for course is 12 years old. Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

If your child is under 14 we recommend if they intend to join a club that a parent or guardian also sign up to do a beginners course as this can be a requirement of clubs .

What to wear? Comfortable sports type clothing recommended avoid baggy clothes that can catch the bowstring. Wear closed-toed shoes like trainers. If you have long hair, wear it in a ponytail or pull it away from your face. Long /large earrings should not be worn or facial piercings that could get in the way of the string.
