River Kennet Trip - Theale-Evening

2. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult on the water
3. Please note there is a 2m height barrier at this car park

Minimum age 8

Children may share an adult’s board, as long as your total combined weight is under 150kg.

1. Suitable clothing for on the water that you don't mind getting wet. No denim or heavy clothing (We recommend long sleeved tops)
2. Soft soled footwear or neoprene shoes
3. Wind or water proof layer depending on weather
4. Sun or warm hat depending on weather
5. Full change of clothes left in your vehicle for afterwards

1. If bringing your own paddleboard please ensure you have a correctly fitted buoyance aid and quick release waist belt. If you do not have these you will be unable to participate in our trip.

Meet at the end of the car park nearest the River. (Next to the van with paddleboards)

Access the water from the canal path next to the car park before heading off for a there and back again paddle.

The direction of paddle will be decided on the day factoring in weather and water flow conditions and the groups choice.
