Description
Nick's Learn to Olympic Lift programmes: 4-session progressive course (4 x 1hr) Training with plenty of coaching 1-1 in the context of learning as a group of 3.
Assessment and work on various basic barbell movements, eg squats, overhead squats, presses, deadlifts are covered
Demands embraced and learned within Olympic lifting: Base of strength, power; control in order to increase your maximum power generated in each lift.
Olympic lifting has a great transfer of training for sports, due to the power, emphasis on speed of the barbell, and precision of movement.

A 4-week course of 4 sessions (approx 1hr each) within a group of 3, all levels welcome * pre-requisites
The objective is to become safe, confident and competent at the lifts - either or both Snatch / Clean & Jerk.
The goal is to become a lifelong learner with enjoyment of all that Olympic lifting has to offer!
Pushing the load comes after honing great technique, and Nick's clients regularly go on to push it on the load and PB!
Includes 'homework' to do during the course to maximise progression, and also a personalised program to continue progressing with following the course completion.
