RYA Start Wingfoil Instructor Course
The Course takes place over 5 days.
One Trainer will run the course for the first 4 days which are training days and the final day is a moderation day which is attended by a second trainer.
The course will include sessions on land using a simulator and on the water, where you will be looking at introducing sessions and delivering the RYA wingsurf / wingfoil Syllabus.
Candidates must fulfil the following criteria before taking part in the instructor training course:
It is worth bringing some video evidence of your wing foiling abilities (sustained flights and entering foiling gybes) in case of light winds during the course, you will also need: RYA membership number, powerboat level 2 certificate, first aid certificate, safe and fun certificate, wetsuit, boots, warm and waterproof clothing for being outdoors, pen and paper.
