Whether you have sailed before or the sport is brand new, our instructors can help you get into the swing of things!
Description
During your taster session, you will learn the fundamentals of controlling a boat. Our goal is for you to start tacking and sail across the wind. Every session is a little different depending on the wind and the group.
These taster sessions are great to get you started before joining an RYA Sailing Stage 1 (youth) or Level 1 (adult).
What to bring
We provide:
- Buoyancy aids/ impact vests
- Wetsuits
- Helmets
You are more than welcome to bring along your own wetsuit.
Please bring:
- Appropriate footwear is compulsory (wetsuit boots/shoes/old trainers)
- Coat, sun hat / cream,
- A change of clothes and a towel.
We do not recommend taking valuable items such as phones or keys on the water.
