As we cannot predict weather and local conditions so far in advance, the actual location is chosen depending on weather conditions closer to the scheduled day: Swansea Bay & Mumbles, Caswell Bay & Pwlldu Bay, Langland Bay, Llanelli & Burry Port Harbor, Llangennith

IMPORTANT: Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Minimum age is 12. Activity Introduction, Safety and Waiver will be provided.

The minimum age is 12 and all under 18s need a parent or guardian taking part in the lesson with them.

Please ensure you are wearing suitable clothing and enclosed shoes are worn by all taking part.

Wetsuit (for lessons September-March a full length wetsuit is required - can be provided on request)

Suitable footwear (wetshoes, old trainers you don't mind getting wet)

The sessions:

1. Briefing on land covering equipment, safety and basic techniques.
2. Paddling on knees and turns.
3. Getting from kneeling to standing.
4. Stand Up paddling and improving paddle stroke and technique.
5. If a big enough group, some games.
6. 'Private' lessons can be tailored to suit the needs of the participant.
