Description
This beginner ski course consists of 2 x 3 hour lessons and will cover all the basic skills you need to be a practice skier. The course runs on a Sunday afternoon 3pm to 6pm for 2 weeks.
The sessions will cover balance exercises and posture, snow ploughing and snow plough turns, using the lift and being in control on the slope. The aim will be that you will be at our practice standard by the end of the course.
Minimum age is 12.
