ADVANCED STAND UP PADDLE BOARD SURFING 2 HOURS
Our 2 hour whole day Surf SUP lessons are aimed at getting you to learn how to surf your Paddle board while having fun in a safe environment! We will introduce you to the equipment and how to get your first waves.
You MUST be able to Paddle board as this is not a beginner lesson, you will need to know how to paddle and control the board.

Requirements
All participants must be able to of completed a beginner paddle board lesson and can swim at least 50 metres and should, under no circumstances, be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or medication at the time of the lesson which may adversely affect their physical capabilities.
All participants suffering any physical or medical conditions, illnesses or allergies, including any prescribed medications, should make us aware of any such conditions or requirements prior to the event.
No-one should participate in any surfing lesson if they are pregnant or suffering from a heart condition.
What to bring
Slim-fit'/Lycra swimwear, to be worn underneath the wetsuit (i.e., no 'baggy' shorts)
Towel
CHILDREN <12YRS: 'Rock-pooling'/neoprene (soft rubber-soled) shoes or wetsuit boots are recommended for protection against weever fish. This applies to summertime only (May-Oct), as we provide boots during winter.

Meet & greet your selected instructor
Allocation of equipment, wetsuit and surfboard at the surf school
A full 2 hour supervised surfing lesson
Assessment of ocean conditions
Beach/surf safety introduction
Introduction to equipment and safe handling techniques
Introduction to prone surfing
Transitioning to feet, accelerating and stopping/falling safely
Applying newly-developed skills to changing conditions and/or more progressive equipment
