    Requirements

You do not have to be a good swimmer as you will be lent a buoyancy aid, but being able to swim and be confident in the water will make your experience that much more fun. We will also lend you a wetsuit if needed.

    What to bring

Please bring old trainers ( that you do not mind getting wet) or wetsuit boots if you have them as the beach is painful to walk on, and if the tide is out, your feet will need a little protection, a swimsuit, a towel and warm clothing to change into after your experience.

    Itinerary

On arrival, you will meet one of our great instructors. You will be lent a wetsuit and buoyancy aid to change into, and then after a safety briefing, we will get on and start the lesson or experience. The time on the water is approximately 90 minutes.
