A session designed for 3 to 6 people who want to experience Stand up Paddle Boarding.

This is for you if you want to get a basic lesson while going out with your friends or family, you could try out your new board, treat someone to an experience or you could just fancy some time on the water..

Wetsuits, boards and all equipment required is provided.

Parents or Legal Guardians must be in attendance at all times for under 18's and accompany them during the activity. Minimum age is 8 years but there is a little bit of flexibility there so please contact us to discuss.

Please bring the following with you:

1. Bottle of Water
2. A Towel
3. Old trainers or wetsuit booties

1. Please leave valuables at home or securely in your car. We have limited space to store valuable items securely.

This session will teach you the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding. Starting with an on-land demo and brief, we will take you through the key things you need to know so that by the end of the lesson you can Stand Up and Paddle!
