E-Bike Half Day Hire *
PembrokeshireLeisurely explore the reservoir on one of our new Electric assisted bikes. Take in all of the spectacular views and wildlife that the lake has to offer, without all of the effort required peddling hard up the hills.
Users must be over the age of 18 to hire this equipment. Our Electric Bikes are not suitable for the Mountain Bike Trail Sections.
Adult E-Bike M size: Suitable for 165cm/5ft 4 – 183cm/6ft
When you arrive, please head straight to our Activity Centre where our team will check you in.
What to bring
Please bring in a form of ID with you for the hire of bikes. This will be retained securely at the hire desk for the duration of the hire.
Requirements
Before travelling to site we ask that you follow the current government advice and do not travel if you have any of the following symptoms:
• A high temperature: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• A new, continuous cough: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste: this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we ask you to sign a health declaration confirming you are free of symptoms.
Cancellations
Llys-Y-Fran cancellation policy
- No refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours to the activity start time.
- Full refund credit voucher issued 24 - 48 hours prior to the activity start time.
- Full refund to credit card used 48+ hours prior to the activity start time.
- If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal but the activity is still taking place; the customer may choose to reschedule or a credit voucher will be issued if he/she/they feels it is unsuitable.
- If we cancel any bookings for any reason, we will issue a full refund either to the credit card used or to a credit voucher; whichever the organiser would prefer.
- If cancellation occurs due to a medical emergency including a positive covid test, we will refund to a credit voucher.
