Our SUP sessions run from the stunning South Beach in Tenby.

In your adult SUP session we will aim to teach you the basics of stand-up paddle boarding.

We teach up to 10 people per session (or 6 if there is unsettled weather) so you can be sure you’ll get the support you need.

The hire cost includes the board, paddle, rash vest and a buoyancy aid if required. Wetsuits can also be hired for £10 each. Lessons will need to be booked in advance to ensure that we have an instructor available.

On occasions the weather doesn't play fair, so we may have to reschedule your booking.

Payment

Full payment will be due prior to the session. This can be made by cash or card.

Participants must be able to swim.

Towel, swimwear, drink, sun protection.

1. Beach based intro to the kit
2. Then out on the water.
3. Tips on turning and manoeuvring the board.
4. Go paddling and have fun!
