You can book our family SUP lesson so you can join your children in all the fun. These sessions run from Tenby South Beach every day.

You will have excellent tuition from one of our qualified instructors to you the basics of stand-up paddle boarding and ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your lesson.

Each lesson is an hour and includes the use of the board and paddle and a buoyancy aid is supplied. Wetsuits are also available to hire. Minimum age for a child is 8 years old. Lessons will need to be booked in advance to ensure that we have an instructor available.

On occasions the weather doesn't play fair, so we may have to reschedule your booking.

Participants must be able to swim.

Towel, swimwear, drink, sun protection.
