Our SUP Session run from the stunning South Beach in Tenby.

In our kids SUP session we will teach the basics of stand-up paddle boarding. These sessions stay in the shallow waters of South Beach.

These sessions cater for children age 8 up to age 16. We teach up to 8 children per session(or 6 if there is unsettled weather).

The hire cost includes the board, paddle and a buoyancy aid. Wetsuits are also available for hire. Lessons need to be booked in advance so we can have an instructor available.

On occasions the weather doesn't play fair, so we may have to reschedule your booking.

Payment

Full payment will be due prior to the session. This can be made by cash or card.

Participants must be able to swim.

Towel, swimwear, drink, sun protection.

1. Beach based intro to the kit
2. Then out on the water.
3. Tips on turning and manoeuvring the board.
4. Go paddling and have fun!
