This booking we will take a deposit of £1 per person, and then the remaining cash on the day.


How to book in.

1. Select the number of participants in your scout group

2. Select the date

3. Fill in your initial details and select 'I am participating', so you will get your online disclaimer. 

4. Please fill in the details of everyone participating (Name and Email Addresses so we can send them the online waiver which needs to be completed prior to the session).

5. Please click payment and filling in your payment details and confirm. The payment is a £1 deposit per person, the remaining cash on the day.

6. Your booking should be confirmed and everyone should receive their online waiver to their email address. If they forget to sign this, we can do this on the day.

Our qualified marshals will make sure you hit your target!

Learn to throw a Tomahawk in a safe environment. Take on our challenges and the satisfaction of having a throw off against others. 

Who can score the highest points?

The session is 1.5 hour long.

Please note: All our equipment is specifically made for throwing in a controlled environment.

Please Note: No open toe shoes, sandels or flipflips.

COVID-19 Update: Avon Valley toilet facilities inside the park are now open to the public. 

ALL LOCKED PORTALOO'S ARE FOR AVON VALLEY CAMPERS ONLY. Please do not use the portaloos as these are specifically assigned to individual campers on-site to combat the risk of spreading Covid-19! There are the main camping toilets available as well as the main facility within Avon Valley Park.

Please note that all of our equipment is regularly cleaned before and after your arrival. We provide you with alcohol spray to reduce cross-contamination. Face masks are still optional as we are based outdoors.

What to bring

Sunglasses or a cap if it's sunny.

Wellies and waterproof jacket if it's raining. (if raining, then we do have a sheltered range - Availability dependant)

Requirements

  1. No shoulder injuries.
  2. No open toe shoes, sandals or flip-flops
  3. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult and they must stay on site.
  4. Suitable for Scouts and guides only.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations or reschedules, we must receive advance notice a minimum 24 hours prior to the session start date.

Battle Archery Ltd reserves the right to cancel a session if:

The group size is inadequate (For Battle Archery Only – Require minimum of 6 participants) or Adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Any cancelled session made by us will be rescheduled to another date and time. We reserve the right to change the session type if for example, the Battle Archery group is too small on the day or if there is too much wind for Aerial Archery. We will adapt the session as required.

If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given advance notice a minimum 24 hours.

If you cancelled on the day, I'm afraid you will lose your activity slot.

For extreme weather conditions: We will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions – once a session is booked, presume it will go ahead unless we contact you. We will always check the weather leading up to your session.

If you or any member of your household are feeling ill, or have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend the session. Call us immediately and we will reschedule you to a later date. While Battle Archery Ltd are doing everything we can to minimise the spread of Covid-19 at our outdoor centre, there is always a risk of contracting it during your session.
