Book a Fun Pool Birthday Party at The Quays!

What is included:

1. 1 hour private session in the Leisure Pool
2. 1 hour in the party room (chairs and tables will be provided)*
3. Free parking for party host
4. 25 children (under 8s must have an adult)**
5. Flumes and slides***

*Specific rooms cannot be booked. The room will be allocated on arrival and is based on group numbers. The Quays do not provide food or decorations.

**Children under the age of 8 need to be accompanied by an adult. No more than 2 under 8s per 1 adult (2:1).

***Children must be 5 years old and over 1.1 metres tall to use the flume.

Our lockers need a padlock so please bring one from home to avoid disappointment, or parents are welcome to hold bags for the duration of the party if they are not attending themselves.

Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel your booking the fees below will apply:

1. Less than 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation – no refund.
2. 14 to 30 days’ notice prior to the party commencing – 50% refund of fees paid.
3. 30+ days' notice of cancellation – a full refund.

The Quays reserve the right to re-schedule pre-booked parties that are cancelled by the client or not attended. Any changes agreed will be at the sole discretion of ourselves.

Parties run throughout the year. Demand is high and dates are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Management will refuse entry to anyone who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, medications or drugs of any kind – in these circumstances, refunds will not be made under any circumstances, and the party will not be rescheduled.

We will provide parking permits for you and your guests on the day of your party, which will cover the time of the party and appropriate changing time after.

Aggressive, violent, threatening or abusive behaviour of any sort will not be tolerated. If you are not satisfied with the service provided we encourage and welcome all feedback and provide ways to give feedback appropriately.
