The Stage Three is the next step on the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme and is the equivalent of Adult Level 2. The course focuses on introducing a higher standard of sailing using the five essentials to complete manoeuvres and promotes independent sailing. It is at this stage that sailors have ‘the light bulb moment’ when everything falls into place and sailing become autonomous and more fun!

We accept the majority of Childcare Vouchers as payment. Please contact us directly to make your booking.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if you pay with a card and later wish to pay with childcare vouchers.

Meals

Participants should bring a packed lunch, please note that we do not offer fridge or microwave facilities, due to our COVID Secure Measures.

Refreshments

Hot drinks and water are available from the Centre, but ensure your children have enough water to keep them hydrated throughout the day.

Valuables

Please note we do not keep children's valuables on site. We suggest leaving expensive valuables at home.

Clothing List

We will provide all specialist equipment such as buoyancy aids, wetsuits and waterproofs.

We advise you bring:

1. Closed toe footwear
2. Warm layers would be useful such as a fleece or jumper. It can be much cooler on the water.
3. Woolly hat / Sun hat
4. Change of clothes - other than the ones you will wear afloat
5. Towel, Sun Glasses & security strap, sun screen.
