Basic Skills - RYA Level 2

Southampton

Join us at Southampton Water Activities Centre and improve your boat handling skills whilst working towards the RYA Basic Skills Level 2 certificate.

Our RYA Qualified Instructors will work you through the RYA Basic Skills Level 2 syllabus over the course of 2 days and you will further your sailing knowledge whilst improving your ability. You will work on rigging, launching and sailing in all directions.

The course will also include capsize recovery, and other basic manoeuvres. Once passing the Level 2 course, this will enable you to hire a dinghy without an instructor - allowing you to begin your own sailing experiences!
